Zurich Old City | Enge

Zurich is located at the northern tip of Lake Zurich and is Switzerland's economic hotspot. With Wollishofen and Leimbach, Zurich-Enge forms the Zurich district 2. It is located at the left shore of Lake Zurich - between parks, moraine hills and Lake Zurich. A visit to the Enge church, the Rietberg museum in the Rieter Park and the succulents collection at the Mythenquai is worthwhile.

Wollishofen is situated between the river Sihl and Lake Zurich and is the southern border of the city of Zurich at the left shore of Lake Zurich. This quarter borders on the two municipalities of Adliswil and Kilchberg. Rote Fabrik is also located in Wollishofen. It was built in 1892 as a silk factory. Since 1981, it has been listed as a historical monument and is used as a cultural center today.
